NARNIE RETURNS POLICY

At Narnie, we want you and your pet to love your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 21 days of the purchase date. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to accept returns for change-of-mind.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please be sure to carefully check our sizing guide and product details prior to finalising your purchase. Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Be free from pet hair, dirt, odours or damage
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing our Sizing Guide to ensure you select the most suitable fit for your dog, as sizing may vary depending on breed, shape and measurements.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received by Narnie within 21 days of the original purchase date. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Narnie cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

For exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Store credit issued for eligible returns will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked ‘sale’ or ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange.

PRODUCT CONCERNS

Every Narnie order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. If you believe there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we can review the matter. To connect, please complete our contact form linked here.

Where a genuine product issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
