ORDER PROCESSING

Narnie Pty Ltd (“Narnie”) orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, product launches or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by reputable third-party carriers and is subject to their delivery practices and timeframes.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping offers will be displayed on our website and applied automatically where eligible.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery Within Australia

Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only. Please allow additional time during peak periods, including public holidays and the Christmas season.

Express Post deliveries to eligible metropolitan areas are generally delivered within one business day.

International Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and state or region. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only.

International deliveries may also be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery times and is outside of our control.

While we endeavour to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and make any necessary arrangements with the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive your tracking information within a reasonable timeframe after placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED PARCELS

Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address that can safely accept deliveries.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or any other reason outside of our control, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Where a customer authorises a parcel to be left unattended, or where a carrier leaves a parcel in accordance with its delivery procedures, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer upon delivery. Narnie is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been completed.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we endeavour to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

If your parcel is lost, delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Narnie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather events, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout or upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Narnie is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import procedures, or other government processes.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or unable to be delivered for reasons outside of our control, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, tariffs, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit issued.

PRE-ORDERS

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise stated.

Any estimated dispatch or availability dates provided for pre-order items are intended as a guide only and may be subject to change.
